New Kafue is a 60 Hectare site on the South Bank of the Kafue River accessible from the Kafue Gorge Road, with 8 km of gravel road to the site. We have 12 exclusive 2 hectare unserviced sites currently for sale.
Both river front and hill top sites with river views are available. Each plot will also have access to a communal watefront for boat docking. Game will roam between the sites and walls beyond hedging will not be permitted. The back plots will be left for game, and forest reserve.
Construction of homes take into account green principles such as rainwater harvesting, use of solar panels, sewage treatment plant installation as well as respecting noise pollution through soundproof generators and pumps, and minimal outdoor music to respect wildlife.

Home design will be based on rustic country homes with incredible views and space for exploration of the forest and river.
