COMMERCIAL ZONE AND MARINA

In the commercial zone we will have sites available for the construction of retail, cafe and office facilities. The design will be centered on creating a small high street experience, and town sqaure with rustic architecture. Inspiration will be drawn from main streets in various sea side towns,  as opposed to the shopping mall experience offered in Zambia today. 

Retail facilties will provide for both the needs of permanent residents and visitors to the development while office space will be available for those able to relocate permanently to Kafue Bay. The marina will offer additional sites for commercial activity in the long term, as well as access for boat docking.
